ProBioRefine 2018 was held during December 13th-14th, 2018 in room105, Mahachulalongkorn building, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University

ProBioRefine aims to bring together the key researchers, from the institutions, and provide a forum for them to assess the current state of the technology and discuss future directions and innovation pathway. In order to develop a systematic method and associated tools that can analyze and design innovative biorefinery networks based on chemical and biological approaches to convert biomass feedstock into valuable chemicals and biofuels.

The workshop was sponsored by Chulalongkorn University, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), PSE for SPEED. PTT Global Chemical plc., and Patum Vegetable Oil Co.Ltd. The workshop was hosted by Associated Professor Nuttha Tongchul, Professor Suttichai Assabumrungrat, and Professor Rafigul Gani.
